in academics, corporate sector and research. The
institute is also being privileged by the support
of established pool of distinguished visiting faculties
to cater the educational needs of the students.

Professor
with M. Pharm and Ph D. degree, Assistant
professors with M. Pharm degrees (pursuing
their Ph. D. degrees) and Lecturers with M.
Pham degrees is the specialty and goodwill
of the institution, which is benefiting the
students in a massive way. All the staff members
are being encouraged to write and published
their articles in national and International
journals.
The
involvement and teaching methodology of staff
members are very efficient and puts major
emphasize on two way communications with the
students. The institute also promotes personal
development of the staff members, the members
are being considered for attending various
seminars, conferences. They have been given
chance to attend various workshops and short
term courses. The promotion procedure is very
transparent and work culture is very open
which ultimately boost the morale of the staff
